All Star teams travel 1-2 hours to play against other leagues after regular season play is completed, competing towards the World Series

Playing in Cal Ripken, kids have the opportunity to play baseball as close to high school rules as possible as young as 6 years of age

Field sizes
Majors divisions use farther pitching and base distances known as 50’/70’
Majors division utilizes 46'/60' base pattern, which encourages runners to stay on base until the catcher has made contact with a pitched ball
Smaller field is utilized through age 13
Depends on age range and level of team
Pitching
Pitching development starts in our AA division (7-9 year olds) and arm care is a priority
Farm/Junior Minors (ages vary) Pitching methods vary: coach/machine/kid pitch. Runs aren't counted during regular season play
